Do you undertake contracts for on-site work?
We have done many on-site projects in Japan. We sometimes do projects that involve sending several staff to the site who stay there for several months until the project is complete.
Do you spray boilers for only heat power plants?
No. We offer thermal spraying services for power generation equipment other than heat power plants in a variety of industries.

Yes. We can consider materials other than those listed on our website. Estimates and other details may change depending on other project conditions, so contact us first to inquire about detailed conditions.
Is it possible to export components for use in hot-dip baths and other overlaid products from Japan?
We are happy to consider doing so via a trading company or other party. Please get in touch and let us know numbers, costs, and other estimate conditions.

What kind of substrate materials can thermal spraying be used on?
Thermal spraying can be used with a diverse range of materials including steel materials (JIS SS & SUS grades), titanium, aluminum, ceramics, carbon, glass, plastic, and paper.
Slicing process
Do you accept requests for prototype/mass production for slicing process projects from outside Japan?
Yes. However, be advised that the estimate we provide you with will include customs charges, transport costs, and other fees.
Do you sell machinery and equipment for wire, multi-wire saws, and the like?
No. We only provide contract services for slicing process. We do not sell related equipment and parts.
